Our Investment Team

Brian Boger

Principal

Brian has been in the real estate industry for over 45 years and is highly experienced in all areas of real property law. Before founding Inlet Creek, Brian practiced law, primarily in the field of residential and commercial real estate. Brian had the privilege of helping thousands of clients with their real estate needs, whether it be transactional or litigating in the courtroom. He established a reputation as a well-respected attorney, closing over 25,000 transactions, and litigating over 16,000 cases. Brian has successfully negotiated hundreds of workouts between banks, mortgage companies, loan servicers, and borrowers. After several decades of running his own law firm, Brian has established strong relationships and a deep knowledge of real estate law, further enhancing the strategic vision for Inlet Creek.

Brian received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina.

Greg Boger

Principal

Greg is responsible for acquisitions, operations, strategy, and capital raising. Greg’s professional background includes positions in New York City at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, TFO (Global Investment Manager | $1.0 billion real estate portfolio), and Brixmor Property Group, a publicly traded REIT. During this time, Greg was a member of the real estate investment teams, participating in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, retail, and suburban office, among other property types. Early in his career at Rockwood, Greg focused on residential loan sales and investment sales of retail centers across the country. Greg is a member of the South Carolina Bar, although he does not practice law.

Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina and his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law.
